About Department

Department of Electronics & Communication Engineering was established in 2006 and is committed to impart quality technical exposure tuned to the latest technological advancement in Electronics, telecommunication, & IT industry with emphasize on integration of technologies viz. VLSI, Telecommunication, Microprocessor, and Microwave Engineering.

The salient features of the department include advanced laboratories equipped with latest and sophisticated State of the art facilities, along with experienced research oriented faculty members.

The curriculum of the four-year degree course "B.Tech." and two years post graduate course "M.Tech." in Electronics & Communication Engineering" encompasses an appropriate proportion of theoretical and practical course contents at par with the leading National and International technical institutions. Besides, an exhaustive Industrial Exposure is ensured through Practical Training.

Availability of full time Internet facility to the students along with participation of students in National & International Conferences and Seminars opens the Gateway for the Students of the department to access and exploit global opportunities. A number of Multinational IT & Telecomm Companies like TCS, INFOSYS, WIPRO, HZL, ALCATEL, ESSAR, Secure Meters and Birla Cement etc. have already picked up our students in campus placement with good package.
